Reviews Process, Permit Requirements and Methods of Construction to Ensure Quality of Workmanship. Oversees Testing and Documentation of Telecommunications Infrastructure. Troubleshoots Problems with Cable Plant; Plans, Directs, and Coordinates Repairs.
