TD's Video Services is responsible for the delivery of the Rutgers University TeleVision (RUTV) network's channel lineup to all users connected to the system. This includes most of the students on the New Brunswick/Piscataway campuses and many administrative, instructional, recreational and other associated non-housing buildings. This department is responsible for the quality of the TV channels delivered but not the content or programming of those channels.
