TD's Network Operations is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of the data network for Rutgers University. The team's primary responsibility is to maintain a stable, reliable infrastructure. This is accomplished by developing the policies, procedures and tools to provide monitoring, troubleshooting, and management of network devices and services. These efforts are coordinated through the Network Operations Center, which is the communications hub for all problem reports, change requests, and network infrastructure support.
