Problems with the operations of the Rutgers University Network (RUNet) should be reported to the Telecommunications Division Network Operations Center. The NOC can be reached during normal business hours at 1 (732) 445-7541.
Network problems and requests can be submitted via email to noc@rutgers.edu . Please be sure to include as much information as possible regarding the exact problem, as well as your contact information.
All reported problems are tracked by our trouble ticketing system. A ticket number will be issued when your problem is entered into the system. Provided you supply a valid email address, you will get automatic notification as the status of your problem changes. You can contact the Network Operations Center at any time regarding updates.
